DESCRIPTION

This Mastère's degree, designed for students with international ambitions, trains them in the challenges of tourism, French culture, and the specificities of hospitality and accommodation facilities.

Graduates obtain a certified Level 7 professional qualification enabling them to access positions of responsibility in the hospitality industry.

It is designed for students who are passionate about travel, culture, responsibility, and customer relations, who have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and are looking for a career in international tourism, as well as for European and international students seeking to study in France in an international learning environment.

Skills Unit 1 – Cross-disciplinary skills

  • Welcome Days : Back-to-school integration seminar and team building
  • Tourism English : Welcoming and assisting foreign customers, selling French tourism products to foreign customers, selling foreign tourism products to French customers, accompanying foreign tourists, monitoring and retaining foreign customers
  • French : Learning to communicate in order to meet advanced needs (level B2)
  • French culture : Understanding and mastering French culture

Skills Unit 2 – Business and economics

  • Business intelligence and economic intelligence : Data collection, strategic analysis, and use of economic intelligence to make informed decisions and secure competitive advantages
  • Selling luxury goods : Understanding the specific characteristics and sales techniques in the luxury sector
  • CRM & Data analysis : Implementing customer relationship management strategies using technological tools and data exploitation
  • E-commerce : Understanding the fundamentals of e-commerce

Skills Unit 3 – User Experience

  • Human-digital relationship management and brand value : Understanding the impact of digital technology on human relationships and brand perception in order to develop customer experience management strategies in the digital age
  • Digital transformation and corporate ethics : Articulating technological issues with the ethical responsibilities of companies in a digital environment
  • Tourism and hotel investments & international project development : Understanding the planning and implementation of investment projects in the tourism and hotel sector on an international scale
  • Innovation in the hotel industry : Exploring the dynamics of innovation in the hotel sector in relation to technological developments, customer expectations, and new economic models

Skills Unit 4 – Management and finance

  • Intercultural management : Analyzing intercultural interactions in professional situations through different conceptual approaches
  • Innovation management : Understanding the challenges of innovation
  • Financial management : Setting up specific dashboards
  • Preparation for certification : Understanding the certifier's expectations and preparing files in accordance with them

Prerequisite

Bachelor's degree

A sufficient level of English to enable you to follow the course (minimum B2), as demonstrated by official results from an English test or equivalent (TOEIC, BULATS, TOEFL, IELTS, CAMBRIDGE, etc.), except for native English speakers or candidates who have studied for at least two years in a program taught in English (candidates must provide supporting documentation).
